Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all U.S. states with free U.S. shipping. International shipping is available only for select items and specific locations. See our Shipping Policy for eligible countries.
How long does it take to dispatch orders?
Our standard Handling time is 1–3 business days for most orders.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after the cut-off time (2 PM EST on Business Days), are acknowledged on the following business day. Certain products, such as custom, refurbished, upgraded, or hand-made items may require additional handling, and will be clearly indicated in the product listing details.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 30 day return window, from the day of delivery, and must meet eligibility requirements - listed in our return policy. Often, product listings will display terms such as "All That, Etc. Satisfaction Guarantee", which is specifically referring to our 30 Day return option. Please see our Return Policy for more detailed information regarding returns and refunds.
Do you offer warranties with products being sold?
All That Etc. does not provide warranties on any products sold. If an item is listed as "New," this refers only to its condition at the time of sale. It does not guarantee that any original manufacturer’s warranty is still valid. In some cases, a manufacturer warranty may still be active, but this cannot be confirmed or guaranteed by us. All warranty claims, if applicable, must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
What is the condition of your products?
Our inventory includes a unique variety of item conditions. That included, but not limited to: New, Used/Pre-Owned, Refurbished, Custom-built, Modified, or Upgraded. Some items have specific condition's or sub-conditions associated, an is clearly displayed for clarity. Each listing provides detailed notes on the product’s condition.
What is considered to be a product in New condition?
It is important to know that all of our items listed in the Condition to be "New" is referred to any item that has never been used and contains all original contents from initial purchases of the product.
New items may be listed specific condition that is associated with the product. This will be clearly displayed on any listing that needs that specification. There are several different specific conditions possible. These are referenced with their general definition below:
- New-Open Box or New-OB: Item is New, but the original box or package has been open or the original seal has been broken. The item and any accessories have never been taken out of the box or package, and has been re-closed.
- New With Tags (NWT): Item is New with original tags. This item has never been used and in a brand new condition. Typically associated with clothing items.

New Without Tags (NWOT): Item is New without original tags. This item is new, but do not contain original tags, and have been taken detached or never included them originally. Typically associated with clothing items.
What does it mean for an item to be Used or Pre-Owned?
Items in this condition is just a general term that represents that the product condition is no longer in it's new, original condition. It has been used or handled by a previous owner. There are several tiers used to classify pre-owned items, and is displayed as a specific condition in the product details section for customer transparency. These specific conditions include:
Like New (LN): Indistinguishable from new. The product is pre-owned, carefully inspected, and in excellent condition, showing no visible signs of use. No flaws are apparent to the naked eye.
Very Good (VG)- Well cared for. Minimal signs of use that are not easily noticed without close inspection. Excellent working and/or cosmetic condition depending on the product type. Any visible flaws will be clearly shown in the product photos.
Can I change my billing or shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us at support@allthatetc.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details.
Do you provide invoices?
We automatically send order confirmations (receipts) to your email, or by text if you signed up for SMS updates. Formal invoices are available upon request.
How will I know if my payment has been received?
We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your payment is completed.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account is recommended for faster checkout and tracking past orders.
Is it safe to use my payment information on your website?
Yes. Our checkout uses PCI-compliant, secure payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely in U.S. dollars (USD).
I’m having trouble checking out — what should I do?
Please contact us by email at support@allthatetc.com or send us a text us at (813) 308-9746. We’re happy to assist. We will respond to emails or text messages within 12 hours from the time of your initial contact, Monday through Friday. If questions are sent on a Friday, it may be Monday before you receive a response. However, our 24/7 Chat Assistant is always available for general questions, located at the bottom of the store page.

How can I track my order?

If there are no tracking updates within 5 business days, email us at support@allthatetc.com or text us at (813) 308-9746 and we’ll investigate and respond as quickly as possible, typically within 12 hours on business days.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. It will include your tracking number and carrier info.
