This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Our Commitment
We want you completely satisfied with your purchase. All eligible items may be returned for a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability). Eligibility for returns is detailed in this policy under “Eligibility.”
Additionally, we will refund any order not received if the issue is with the shipping courier (must be confirmed by tracking). More info is under “Refund Without Return (Shipping Issues).”
Important Reference Terms
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding government holidays.
- 2:00 PM EST: Daily cut-off for processing return forms. Submissions after this time roll to the next business day.
Eligibility
Return Window
- Returns for refund or replacement accepted on all material, non-perishable items (e.g., clothing, electronics, video games) within 30 days of delivery.
- Requests must be submitted within this 30-day window (also applies to items not received).
- No exceptions.
Return Requirements
- Proof of purchase required: Established by completing and submitting the correct online form.
- Items must be in the same condition as delivered: unaltered, no wear, stains, odors, or defects.
- Original tags, labels, seals, and serial numbers must be intact.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Retail boxes must be shipped inside an outer carton (no labels directly on retail boxes).
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables (food, drinks, snacks).
- Digital content, codes, or gift cards.
- Final Sale items.
- Opened or partially used consumables.
- Items not returned in original condition.
Honest Returns & Inspection
All returns are inspected. If requirements are not met, returns may be denied or refunded with deductions for missing parts or restoration.
False or misleading claims may result in denial, reversal of refund, or other actions supported by documentation. Final decisions rest with All That, Etc.
How to Start a Return
All requests must begin by filling out the correct online form in our website footer under Quick Links. Choose the form that matches your case:
- Return for Refund Form: Use if you want a refund.
- Return for Replacement Form: Use if you want an exact replacement (if in stock). If unavailable, use the Refund Form.
- Item Not Received – Refund Form: Use if your order never arrived due to courier issues.
Important Note – Item Not Received
By submitting this form, you confirm your package was not delivered due to:
- Package lost in transit (never delivered).
- Package misdelivered by carrier.
- Package delayed beyond 3 business days past delivery window, no tracking updates.
- Tracking never updated/moved by carrier.
The tracking number must match your order’s tracking. If not verifiable, we will try to assist, but acceptance is not guaranteed.
Form Response Time
Forms submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will be acknowledged the same day. Submissions after 2:00 PM EST, weekends, or holidays will be acknowledged the next business day and reviewed within 1 business day from that point.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 1 business day after tracking shows “In-Transit” or item is received.
- Depending on your financial institution, posting may take up to 10 business days.
- Store credit is not offered.
Refund Without Return (Shipping Issues)
You are eligible for a refund without a return if one of the following applies:
- Package lost in transit.
- Package misdelivered by carrier.
- Package delayed beyond 3 business days with no tracking updates.
- Tracking never updated/moved by carrier.
Use the Item Not Received – Refund Form in these cases.
Return Shipping – Approval & Label
- Eligibility confirmed within 1 business day of form submission.
- U.S. Returns: Eligible returns get a free prepaid label. No restocking fees.
- International Returns: Customer pays shipping with valid tracking. If the error is ours (wrong item, DOA, defective, not as described), we will provide a label (if cost-effective) or reimburse postage with receipt.
- Customs forms must state “Return — No Commercial Value.”
- Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Items must be handed off to the carrier within 14 business days of label issuance. Without reasonable explanation, the request will be closed and no refund granted.
